The Moline Kids Campus is looking for early childhood teachers to serve families and children.
We are a family center that provides quality care and a nourishing, safe environment for children and families. This position will enhance the emotional physical, cognitive and social growth of the child. We are looking for teachers to become part of our team and to make a difference in the lives of the children.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where each and every child feels safe and secure and develops a sense of belonging and value.

* Maintains a positive mindset towards learning and social- emotional development.

* Maintains a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.

* Works efficiently within existing learning structures.

* Incorporates a wide variety of learning experiences, materials, equipment, and strategies to help children build new concepts and skills.

* Facilitates problem-solving.

* Collaborates with other educators.

* Serves as a role model to the child as he learns.

* Maintains visual and auditory supervision of children at all times.

* Believes in the capacity of children to excel.

* Tracks children’s progress and reports to parents.

Education:

— CDA

— ASSOCIATES IN EARLY CHILDHOOD ED.

— BACHELOR’S IN EARLY CHILDHOOD ED.

— THOSE WITH A GATEWAYS CREDENTIAL OR THOSE WITH A PARAPROFESSIONAL ARE PREFERRED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
